Project Overview
Delivery of a partner-level PSEAH capacity assessment assignment for Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) in Zimbabwe between. ELFA conducted structured organisational capacity assessments across 16 partner institutions, aligned with Sida’s safeguarding frameworks and cooperation values. The assignment included comparative institutional reporting and capacity maturity analysis, demonstrating strong methodological capability in baseline and evolution tracking approaches.
